Overnight Oats

EASY & DELICIOUS OVERNIGHT OATS! Eat them cold from the jar or heat them up and eat them as I am yummy hot breakfast!

Ingredients
  

1/2 cup oatmeal or muesli mix - I used @bobsredmill old country style muesli mix

1 8oz glass jar with lid

1T chia seeds

1/4 tsp pink salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tap Mexican vanilla

1T local honey or maple syrup

Approx 1cup milk of choice

    Instructions
     

    Add all ingredients to the jar, shake up all the ingredients, and check the jar to make sure it is full to the brim with milk. Refrigerate for at least two hours, preferably overnight and serve cold out of the jar or heat up in the microwave and enjoy!
